I decided I wasn't happy with the eyebrows only having one axis to move (up/down), so I decided to make my life even more hell later when assembling this by cramming 2 more actuators in for roll on each. Worth it, though. It's so much more expressive now.

I've hit a point with this I think I'm happy sharing some progress. This will be in conjunction to a head mounted facial tracker I'm building to puppet it. Nowhere near finished yet, still half illustrative for now. This is the kind of shit I do to distract myself from the world.

I feel like I've just lost the ability to find joy in anything anymore. the motions are mechanical but a gear stripped somewhere. I always try and do nice shit for other people, because it made me feel better, but even that just feels hollow and unappreciated, it's no ones fault but my own.
