If I could find a 21" Schwinn Homegrown in relatively good condition, I think I'd buy it on the spot. I don't think I've ever seen anyone ride one in the bay area. In fact, I don't think I've seen one since 1998.

I noticed a strange pattern on Sunset Dunes Park today. The further south you go towards Sloat, the more "Yes on G" signs you see in windows on 48th. And the further north you go you see more No on G signs.

I'm digging here but it's like the lead singer of the Counting Crows coming out publicly that leap year should add a day to December making it 32 days rather than tacking it onto February. Thus making December even longer. But I don't think he even lives in Berkeley anymore.

I came to a realization today while biking down Sunset Dunes Park. A 4 lane width highway should be the standard width of a MUP. Not dying on this hill but no matter what width people decide to take up, I can always get around.

My side project this week is to map all the sidewalks in Kalispell, MT. My head was spinning while I was there last week. Absolute chaos. It's like every single homeowner had to opt into some sort of sidewalk project in 1954 and nobody cared to change it. Some opted in, most didn't.
