Real old tired arguments like this the last couple of days

Reddit post: his fanfirls are the absolute worst. Bottom of the trash. Would excuse the most heinous crimes because “he’s too hot.” Ugh.

I’m watching Doctor Who and I guess U.N.I.T. Shops the same place I do 😆

Image from doctor who on TV (with the Great Serpent in unit headquarters) on screen there’s a square lamp in the background with several shelves that is the exact same one as the lamp I have in my living room next to the TV

Summary for Dancing in the Dark, fanfic by sunalso

AU. It's 1931 and the gin flows cold (and the piano's hot) at The Rebel Speakeasy. Rey's saving her pennies while splitting her time between serving drinks and working as a maid for Mr. and Mrs. Solo in a small Washington town teetering on the brink of the great depression. A big black dog starts following her on her daily treks between her jobs, and at night a man with a scar across his eye sips whisky and watches her work. Political tensions are brewing, rum is being smuggling across the lake, early winter storms are blowing in, and Rey is about to find out what it feels like to be kissed.

She’s never coming home 😭 I ordered last May, but the release keeps getting pushed back. Last was mid January now it says “February” and the Ghoul figure isn’t even listed any more. Bethesda has sent zero email updates about the changing dates. Originally was supposed to be an available in August 24

I’m fucking done with this person, I read plenty of queer cowboy romances and tossing every person with a flyover state aesthetic and whoever writes them as maga is bonkers + the second tweet really makes my head want to explode

I love research, today I learned listerine made cigarettes and YES they actually put mouthwash in with the tobacco, advertised it as a germ killer that’d prevent you from getting colds! “Think of your throat”!

Just finished Scorpio by @markokloos.bsky.social and it is absolutely one of the best books I've ever read. I ended up in tears at least three times. Some of the best storytelling out there. I can't believe I have to wait until August to read the next book in the series.
