VA > DE > CT > PA > DE > VA 2017 Acura RDX AWD with 97k miles. 1,041 miles 28.4 MPG. Not bad for the ole Honda V6. Fun bridges crossed: Chesapeake Bay Bridge, DE Memorial Bridge, and GW Bridge (top and bottom!)

I’m in Hartford. I was hoping to get some mystic pizza on Sunday but it is not looking great.

No. I don’t drive much to begin with. However I’m heading out on a 1k mile roadtrip today in my RDX.

I won't be able to make it since I'm on the east coast, but do you play "Freedom of Choice" in the set?

Great write up on your GTI issues @rorycarroll.bsky.social My 2017 is at 44k miles and so far no issues! I am not sure if it will get to 100k under my care but I have a really good mechanic who has been taking care of it since new.

Same engine that was in my 2001 Infiniti G20. Alas, it wasn't a SR20DETT.

Overeasy is my preferred way. Add some toast or hash browns and I'm in heaven. But don't talk to me about breakfast potato's. No thank you.

I fell in love with char grilled oysters at Felix's. At the corner of Dauphine and Esplanade ave is Port of Call. Best burger and baked potato I have had. And if you want to see something cool like a chess set that is gold and cost a million dollars go to M.S. Rau on Royal www.rauantiques.com

I really enjoy my time in my 2017 GTI.

I knew the black one was a C3 underneath. My brother had a 1980 C3 in red. Looked awesome. 180 hp! Was the Testarossa not a Ferrari? I will still believe he is driving Ferrari's when I rewatch it because it's a tv show and not a documentary :)

I received my Timex MK1 in the mail today. I like it quite a bit.

Sumo Mania @sumomania.bsky.social · 18/07/2026

I have had my eye on this Timex MK1 field watch for a while. They have a 30% off code so I pounced. Then I used some points on longislandwatch.com to get a standard bracelet.

It is branded livongo but now it is something different. Check with your insurance as some places will provide this kind of stuff. It can be a little overwhelming but it’s easily controllable

When I had blue cross blue shield they provided me a monitor, strips and lancets for free. It would upload the results to my account so I could access the data anywhere. Now I’m on Aetna and I need to find a monitor. They don’t have to be fancy.
