The OSCE tolerated kidnapping of their staff by russia all the time. The first OSCE hostages were taken by russia in 2014. The russians have staged a show with russian state TV channels trying to force German hostages to confess they were "NATO spies". No reaction followed. 6/x

The same pattern was visible before as well. In 2022, russia took hostages OSCE staff in Donetsk region. The OSCE was even afraid to say their people are in russia captivity, naming misterious "puppet authorities", while the full-scale invasion was ongoing since months. 5/x

In September 2024, russia did the same with Red Cross truck, killing three Red Cross employees distributing humanitarian aid in Viroliubivka village, Donetsk region. The ICRC distanced from any accusation of russia, keeping saying they do not know who has killed their staff. 4/x

In Oct'25, russia has attackes and burnt several UN World Food Program trucks with humanitarian food for starving people, suffering from russian blockade of food deliveries to Kherson region villages. Russia has posted videos of these attacks too. No reactions followed. 3/x

The UN and other intl organization de facto encouraged russia to attack their staff in Ukraine. Even now after russia has posted the attack video, recoreded by their own pilots, the UN says they "don't know" who has attacked their staff. This is by far not the first such case 2/x

3) Within the last days, russia has successfully hit several Kyiv power plants, which produce both electricity AND heat (as a byproduct, heating water is spread via centralised heating pipe system). Energy is rationed, whole districts stay without heating and power. 3/x
