What I like about cooking. Making dishes that bring a smile with one’s own recipes:) Air-fried sweet & red potatoes, smashed with sautéed shallots, garlic, chilli, ginger, & tomatoes in oil & chaatt masala. Peppers & cilantro greens for a juicy contrast. (+lemon juice) #Salad with 2 cups of curd

This cup of coffee, and then a fast for the rest of the day with leaves, nuts, fruits, and water. Since moving to this new place with two air fryers, I haven’t been following intermittent fasting at all. Starting it again in a minimalist way. #MinimalistLeafInfusedWaterFast After #DelhiRain
