Wow this got a lot of traction. Didn't expect to see so much. Anyways, I applied some more of the decals, though I messed up on the right shoulder armor because I somehow lost one of the navigation lights. It's not visible, but it still haunts me.

A second shot of the RG-40 RX-78-2 Gundam 2.0, this time in an aerial pose. The model has its left arm, which holds a shield, cocked back, while its right arm, which holds a beam rifle, aims forward. Its legs are held apart in a wide a-stance, with its knees and ankles bent to convey a sense of weightlessness. Its torso is rotated at the waist, making its rifle parallel with its legs. Several more stickers have been applied to the model than in the previous photo. Like last time, an MP-29 Shockwave looms in the background. God only knows what it is planning.

Don't really post about this much (if ever) but I'm pretty into gunpla. Kind of a money pit, though. Anyways here's my RG RX-78-2 Gundam lined and stickered. Might apply more later if I feel like it, especially since I dont actually own anything to apply a top coat with.

RG 1/144 Scale RX-78-2 Gundam 2.0, panel-lined and with stickers applied. It is standing on an Action Base 7 display stand, and is stood next to MP-29 Shockwave. It is positioned in a neutral standing pose, hold a beam rifle and shield.

Been playing Opus Magnum. It's like doing one of those math sheets in 8th grade, only better and it fills you with a sense of pride in your work. Highly recommend to anyone who can put up with clerical work as a game mechanic.

Addendum: if you want an NFS with a rigid class system, go for Payback. It's pretty damn good in my opinion, but be warned that it comes from when EA was trying to shove as many loot boxes into a $60 game as they could. Don't make any unnecessary purchases. Otherwise, it's better than Unbound imho.

020

Sumbraixen @sumbraixen.bsky.social · 26/01/2026

If you're thinking of buying NFS Unbound: Don't. Go play Motorstorm. It's so much better than Unbound, or if you do want an NFS, get Heat, it's cheaper and more worth its salt in my opinion. Sincerely, a guy who bought NFS Unbound.

It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce the Passing of George Lowe. Lowe was best known for his role as Space Ghost in Space Ghost Coast to Coast and Cartoon Planet alongside Brak's Dad on the Brak Show and as himself on Aqua Teen Hunger Force.

Quick question for like the one person who responds to these, what is it called when a hydraulic fails to extend? this is very important for nothing in particular

Sumbraixen @sumbraixen.bsky.social · 20/01/2025

Honestly can't play motorstorm anymore. There's not enough loot boxes and borderline gambling, it's absurd how Sony thought this was OK to ship at all.

Anyways I saw this and now you have to too Everything is official except the starscream mug

Official Bayverse Bumblebee coffee cup from Universal. It is bumblebee's severed head.

Some random ass mug I found on Etsy. It says "Terrible Cock, Die" in image macro form, with starscream aiming a null ray.

Airhedz DOTM Megatron "costume". This child has a joy on his face that can only come from the adrenaline of a fresh kill.

Optimus Prime DVD case and Target gift card. They both transform, and are both official. These were real products, really made by hasbro.

Listened to 20 Jazz Funk Greats by Throbbing Gristle, honestly not my cup of tea, but still a good album. I'd probably listen to it again, to be honest. It's pretty good. (8/10)
