Someone complimented my skin, again, last night & asked what I did/do to get & keep it. I answered honestly: when I was a shiny, grease-pit, dark-marked pizza face starting at 9 years old, I prayed feverishly and fervently to God & Jesus for smooth, all-one-color facial skin!

Goodness! Restful, restorative sleep is so important! I'm glad you found some relief! Please also consider a sleep study. I've had vivid but not necessarily nightmares every night of my life! In middle age, last year, found I stop breathing 36 times an hour - my brain was being starved for oxygen!

What's the potion for, what does it cure? Cuz I got a nasty burn on my arm that blistered & bubbled up. ClumsyMe then OUCHED myself scraped the blistered skin off on a piece of metal reaching for something. Virtually crying, I discovered a Calendula-based burn cream in my cabinet...it 🔥

On a drive from the airport with 4 white colleagues, I got out of the rental and walked across the outlet parking lot rather than eat with the group at Chik-Fil-A. I've done a lot of brave things that required dedication and perseverance. This might be one of my greatest achievements: 8 hours of my life armed with only an old, cheesy rechargeable screwdriver that conked out after 45 minutes then a Dollar Tree manual screwdriver! Voilá!

A counter-height, rolling kitchen storage island with 2 drawers, 2 shelves, a spice rack, a towel bar and expandable countertop

All the shelves and drawers are smooth-rolling and sturdy.
