Due to a typo, my mind invented Dr. I's: a Soviet knock-off of Dr. Oetker's frozen pizza: topped with borscht, often lacking cheese due to supply issues.

A painting in the style of socialist realism. Women in white headscarves are packing cloth sacks of something (maybe corn meal?) against the backdrop of a dusty landscape.
