Not the best of weeks: bad reaction to a vaccine + still rehabbing an aggravated kneecap. And wet. Only 13 (flattish) hiking miles. Best pic was of goslings feeding beside the river Derwent - so have a bonus shot from the corridor route up Scafell Pike last summer! #nhs1000miles
