I don't know quite what it is, but @connerhabib.bsky.social's work (podcast, book, etc) challenges me to grow like nothing else I've encountered.

A chart depicting skill increasing on the x-axis, challenge level increasing on y, illustrating that challenge without skill leads to anxiety, skill without challenge to boredom, but with the right balance you experience fun, growth, and "flow".

Here’s what we’re doing: Go into your photo roll and post the first image that makes you laugh literally out loud.

This is a photo of broken squash in asphalt. It reminds me of when I took the picture, right after I saw a kid come out of the liquor store with his mom and a bunch of summer squash. He snapped each one in half and threw it on the ground, then they got in the car and left.
