this was super easy btw, install k3b to rip the discs (which actually picks up most of the tagging anyway) and then puddletag for fine tuning and to add the album art, both are gui applications perfect for non-programmers

People are definitely weirder on xwitter. And it's funny because I remember thinking I am spending too much time on the dirndl pieces, but they did relatively well and like 4 of the 5 non-spam comments are about the veins lol

Krita will eat as much RAM as you're willing to allocate to it. (You can set it to remember more/less input history too). I have it open now at 3GB of RAM but that's just lineart, will probably go 6-8GB with color/rendering layers.

Something I never see anyone else do but often works for me is posting a cropped version of the artwork the next day. It sometimes gets more hits for random algo reasons or for having better composition on a phone, and the original artwork also gets a boost.
