Last reason I’ll mention is that every long standing job I’ve had my managers have been women and they are far better than male managers in so many ways. The businesses run better, the staff are always happier and honestly I love being inspired by women in my life

Secondly my social anxiety made it hard for me to socialise with boys however I was always hanging out with girls in school so when I got older and always told opposing genders can’t be friends because it’s so they can date eachother that really confused me, it’s just not true

Learnt early on how to take a loss and not be upset about it and how unlike what is put in boys heads that it’s humiliating to lose to a girl to me it didn’t phase me at all as girls do also win and triumph alongside boys and that’s great and needs to be taught more often

For all the trauma and bad shit I experienced in my childhood I was also very lucky in ways that I do cherish and that is the women that are/were in my life. I grew up mainly raised by women from my mum and sister and at the time I didn’t realise just how great that was.
