Been replaying the first Bioshock cause I had a craving to do so, and I already knew the hacking minigame sucked, but this playthrough I have come to learn that sometimes the puzzles are LITERALLY impossible to solve. Thank god they removed the hacking minigame in bioshock 2, looking forward to it.

It's a shame that this will likely be the final entry of the series as the devs stated they don't want to work on another Detective Grimoire due to the immense time and investment At least this series ended with what I can safely say is the best entry and one of my favorite games of 2026 thus far

I thoroughly enjoyed my short time with it, I had several moments where I was left in shock and just repeatedly mouthed "what the fuck" form the vents unfolding, it thoroughly griped me into it's world and was well worth the 3 year wait

I have recently beaten The Mermaid Mask and god damn, they topped Tangle Tower There's so much to say, a diverse set of interesting characters, interesting setting, gripping mystery, phenomenal reveal of the murder, the ending to it, and just the story as a whole

Speaking of my backlog, I recently finished Wandersong and man... While the platforming is a bit slippery and dealt with one recurring glitch, I still loved this game. Notably the story of this game is just beautiful, wish I could say exactly why without spoiling it. A high recommendation from me.

Also last night I beat the dave the diver dlc, it was a fever dream but a fever dream O enjoyed through and through. My only real complaint that I stated before is that beetle minigame, genuinely bogs down the game if you're trying to do everything But yeah I give it like an 8.5 out of 10

Also on a side note winner should be determined by percentage hp instead of how much hp from 0 I had a fight where the enemy dealt a whopping 0 zero damage, l was full health while they were brought down to 40% However since that 40% was more than my max hp, I still lost, I find it very dumb

2/2 I have ONE main gripe with this dlc and that it the beetle fighting minigame. You fight other beetles on a battle of rock paper scissors and it unfortunately feels like it just comes down to luck whether you win or not. So it's actually fairly annoying to get beetles and I am dreading it.
