How to steal an election: Gerrymandering.

There are three graphs, each have five columns with 10 rows, 50 squares in total. Each have 20 red squares and 30 blue squares.
The first is annotated: 50 precincts, 60% blue, 40% red.
The second has horizontal lines between every 10 squares. The annotation reads: 5 districts, 5 blue, 0 red. Blue wins.
The third has all sorts of weird lines separating groups of 10 squares, but making weird turns at unexpected places. The annotation reads: 5 districts, 3 red, 2 blue. Red wins.
