#WoTShowSpoilers #WoTSkies I was nervous about the finale, of only because the last Two seasons ended with such a wump-wump for me. season 3 has been a different animal though, from the get-go and that finale rocked. It wasn't perfect, but it landed square in its feet.

#WotSkies it feels redundant to say at this point, but Ceara Coveney simply could not be better as Elayne. From the 1st scene in Egwene's room through to the Hills of Tanchico in full Scouse (& half-soused), she has been exquisitely perfect. This is her first role of real weight! I am in awe.

#WoTSkies #WoTShowSpoilers I wonder if those Cauthon girls get a quick how-to from Alanna on battle weaves ahead of the next episode?

#wotskies #woTshowspoilers #wotbookspoilers "Ishy was a gentle soul with big dreams". (Thread) I love that description by Lanfear, and in show-context it kinda rings true. His interactions with Rand in S1 (dreams aside) were coaxing him towards the Shadow, as if helping him towards his true destiny.

#WheelofTime I love how, in this image from Natasha's Insta, she asks "Who's team are you on? Lanfear or Eugene?" I'm sure it was an autocorrect error, but I like to imagine it's her inner-Lanfear coming through, pulling the classic "deliberately get her name slightly wrong to belittle her" move.

Natasha O'Keefe's Instagram image of her and Josha on the rock of Rand's dream, where a caption reads "Which team are you on? Lanfear or Eugene?"

#WoTshowspoilers I assume there'll still be a chunk of a Tanchico storyline in S4. I can't imagine there's enough screen time available in the last 3 eps of S3, with Two Rivers and Alcair Dal still to come, for all of that to get wrapped up this season.

#WoTShowspoilers In the UK we have a phrase, "After the Lord Mayor's show", which is used whenever the next thing after a massive event inevitably suffers by comparison. I expected ep5 to feel a little flat after the spectacle of Rhuidean, but it was so good, so gripping, so joyful, so devastating.

#WoTShowSpoilers I wasn't ready to see Hopper in Perrin's cosy little dream. It was the ruin of me. And then Mat dreamt of Natti 😭 What an episode.

For those in the midsection of a "Fans of #WheelofTime & Retro 90's gamers" Venn Diagram - did anyone else half-expect the theme for the Secret of Monkey Island to play over this scene in S3 Ep3?

A high aerial shot of the coastal city of Tanchico from The Wheel of Time, overlaid with "Somewhere, deep in the Caribbean" - the opening caption of The Secret of Monkey Island, which appeared when gamers first saw a similar shot of Melée Island in the game.

I've been a lurker around the Twitter of Time community for a while, but moving to BlueSky seems like a good time to start fresh and pitch in to the fun. I mean, if I'm going to watch a 12-hour stream about a 90-second teaser, I'm already invested, right? #WoT
