Well this was an absolute delight, all around- from chatting with the other attendees to @miasosaromance.bsky.social interviewing @oliviawrites.bsky.social, to getting to meet and take a pic with Olivia! 🥰 @eastcitybooks.bsky.social

The extensive romance section at East City Bookshop!

The view from my seat, showing Mia Sosa interviewing Olivia Dade in the downstairs area of East City Bookshop, centered between two speakers, in front of many bookshelves

Lindsay, a white woman with a glitter cane, a striped shirt and a black facemask, and Olivia on the right, in a white and red flowers dress with a white facemask on.

Stella the Astronaut! @thewoobles.bsky.social pattern ☺️

A front view of the little astronaut amigurumi- it is white white with a red stripe around the bottom and a black face mask with a little white embroidered gleam. There are three buttons on the front, blue, red, and yellow, and the two ears are red. It is sitting on a white palm

A side view of the little astronaut amigurumi- it is white with a red stripe around the bottom and a black face mask with a little white embroidered gleam. There are three buttons on the front, blue, red, and yellow, and the two ears are red. From this side view you can see the blue backpack. It is sitting on a white palm

My offline project(s) in 2016 and the following years was quilting - this administration my disassociation projects are knitting and crochet! I just finished this lil hello kitty amigurumi:

A small crochet white cat with blue overalls, a yellow shirt, a red bow over her left ear.

It was the first-line medication offered for me with POTS and BP that trends high! Some of the more common POTS meds increase BP (because ppl with syncope tend to have low BP) and that obvs won't work for hyperadrenergic-type POTS.

Google AI overview: Guanfacine is a medication that may be beneficial for treating hyperadrenergic POTS. In a study of 47 patients with hyperadrenergiv POTS, 72% responded well to guanfacine, with improvements in fatigue, orthostatic symptoms, and a reduction in hyperadrenergic episodes.
Mechanism: guanfacine is a central sympatholytic that reduces the tone of the central sympathetic nervous system.

I just finished Out on a Limb by Hannah Bonam-Young and it was SO GOOD! I had to hide in another room to finish it because I was 😭🥰😭🥰😭😭😭 and gorgeous artwork by @lenikauffman.bsky.social

Book cover of Out on a Limb by Hannah Bonam-Young featuring Win with shoulder length dark wavy hair and a green sweater and jeans, showing her small hand. And Bo with messy blond hair and dark rimmed glasses, a dark shirt and jeans, his right pant leg rolled up to show his prosthetic. They are sitting on a blue couch together, Win resting under Bo's tucked arm.

I heard a rumor that your last selfie is you on the outside, and your last saved meme is you on the inside.

Lindsay, a white woman with her light brown hair up in a bun, tortoiseshell glasses, a white N95, a Navy blue card again and a blue linen tank, stands in front of a pink sequin wall with a Barbie movie poster featuring Ryan Gosling.
