But beyond employment stats, our latest alumni survey shows: ✅ High adaptability & resilience in the face of global challenges ✅ Strong satisfaction—83% would choose EMMIR again! 📊 We’ve visualized these insights in a poster, check it out: www.emmir.org/post/explore...
At EMMIR, we're proud of the successes our graduates achieve across the globe. Over the years, we've shared insights from our annual alumni surveys and the tracer studies that follow up on their career trajectories.

We have created a poster which highlights the results of the most recent data sources: the 2023 Alumni Survey and the 2024 Tracer Study. You can dive into the details of each in their respective posts.

This poster provides a visual snapshot of how EMMIR alumni are succeeding in their careers, the resilience they’ve shown during challenging times, and the essential skills they've developed through the program.

NGOs can fill some of the gaps, but demand often exceeds capacity. 3️⃣ Community support is key! Migrants often lack social networks upon arrival, so initiatives like cultural events help foster connection & inclusion.
Cartias is a global aid organizatoin operating in 200 countries worldwide. In Norway, Caritas maintains local officies in eight cities and focuses on enhancing the lives of individuals in the region, particularly by assisting minority groups of migrant workers and refugees in their integration into Norwegian society.

1️⃣ Navigating bureaucracy is tough. Many migrants struggle with legal processes & job market access. 2️⃣ Language barriers limit opportunities. Free/low-cost Norwegian classes exist, but long waitlists & resource shortages make learning the language a challenge.

"We don’t need them." Trump’s recent remarks dismissing Latin America's economic role sparked global debate. But as #EMMIRE12 student Ana Caroline Sales explained in an interview with TV Metrópole, Brazil is a pivotal trade partner for the U.S., especially as part of BRICS. 🌎🧵
