As a reaction to AI music, will people respond to "authenticity"? Test for yourself with a lo-fi acoustic cover of "Tru Punk" by Ovlov, available on all platforms. All bum notes, weak vocals, mangled chords and other signs of human frailty are my own. #shoegaze open.spotify.com/album/49fYxB...

So Stubai has just quietly released another instrumental track yesterday and I suppose it’s my duty as a reluctant PR/marketing drone to tell you about it. As you were. open.spotify.com/track/2JmI95...

The new Bob Dylan biopic “A Complete Unknown” is getting plenty of hype, so here’s my pick of 5 albums by obscure artists that I’ve had on repeat this year. 👇🧵

Out today: an instrumental version of Stubai’s debut album “We Were Here”, exclusively on Bandcamp. Instrumentals are awesome. With the vocals gone, you get to hear the bones of the tune – the bassline, the drum fills, the little sonic flourishes and decorative touches. #instrumental #indiemusic
