This staff member was removed from their position. Brossentia, decided to hijack this event to put forth their own agenda, and harass a member of the community. 160

A contracting agency should both facilitate a contractor finding work and act as a shield for the contractor. Communication happens through the contracting agency to protect the contractor. 010

This happens very frequently with my work, where a client will contact us and say they do not want a certain contractor working with them. 1100

What GDQ did here was industry standard. When firing a contractor, you always do it through the contracting agency and it is highly discouraged to contact the contractor directly 3190
