If your maxing out and et312 on high power setting then either build your own mk312 with the larger output transformer upgrade, or spring for a screamlabs. Also with the coyote try using the Howl app, they overclock the output to 200hz so could tie the gap for now

The box comes with two cables and 2 sets of pads included. Most people grab a set of loops also (the M6 Pro2 are my favourite) and that's usually enough to get you started.
