BATOBER Day 10: Obsolete

Commissioner Gordon and Chief O'Hara as they appeared in the Batman tv series.

Liked drawing that Spider-Lass so much that I couldn't help but remaking my previous version in a fully painted style. Hope you all like it!

The Amazing Spider-Lass! Now in painted form! She appears in an upside-down composition on a blue background. A mid-20s woman with medium length brown hair, swept back, wearing dark green pants and a purple business jacket over a white button-up that she's ripped open to reveal a Spidey costume underneath. Her head is torqued to the side and spider-sense squiggles are emanating from her head, on the opposite side of a Spidey mask projected over her face.

Very late to this Spider-Lass trend but better late than never. I've loved so much of the art I've seen so far so I wanted to put my own spin (ha!) on it.

Been learning Blender and I'm starting off easy with some low-poly character recreations. I think I'm pretty much done with the texturing on this one. Nikaido from Dorohedoro.

A screenshot of the gui of Blender with close-up of a low-poly model of Nikaido from Dorohedoro in the 3D viewport. A long-haired blonde woman with green eyes, wearing an orange zip-up jumpsuit.

Variant of the Squirrel Girl drawing I posted yesterday.

Squirrel Girl from her Marvel Rivals incarnation. A broad and muscular woman with a lightly freckled face, muted green eyes, and a bushy red bob-haircut. She wears a brown leather jacket with an acorn-like pattern along the cuffs, and leather shorts, both lined with fur. She wears thigh-high knitted brown stockings and a bright orange cropped sweater with a yellow undervest. She's posed with her right hand resting on her leg and holding a wooden slingshot in her left hand. She wears a headband with two furry squirrel ears on the top, and she has a big matching brown and white fluffy tailsprouting from her back and wrapping around to just in front of her. She stands in front of a golden orange blow-up of her silhouette atop a blue background.

Friend had me start playing Marvel Rivals. Drew Squirrel Girl to start off with but I plan on more soon. Wonder what heroes and villains I should do next?

Another predictable bit of Devil Nay Cry fan art for me. I'll try to start posting more soon!

Dante from Devil May Cry as he appeared in the first game. a close-up on his stoic face, half obscured by shadows, with his bright red leather jacket brightly contrasting the otherwise desaturated image.

I'm back! And with a little drawing of a Dragon Ball deep cut for Mermay.

The mermaid that appears early on in Dragon Ball as part of the initiation scenes for Goku's training with the turtle hermit. A purple haired woman wearing a red shirt tied into a crop top with rolled up sleeves. In bold white text reads "PIE PIE" on the front of it. She has a green mermaid tail that swoops under and around the yellow cloud that she sits on. She points at herself and brushes her hair back and says "So... is there somethin' you wanted from me?" The sea and blue sky stretches out far behind her.

Sketching a bit. Leon, again. Probably gonna do some more soon.

Leon Kennedy from Resident Evil 9. He's facing left with his head turned to the right. His hair hangs nearly over his right eye. Both eyes are cast in shadow.

I'll get back to legitimately drawing soon (I promise) but I did make a more painted version of the MosuGoji I drew a while back that I forgot to post.

A timelapse of my process rendering out this study of Leon. Here you can see the painting side by side with the official render which I used as reference.

The new game put me back in a Resident Evil mood. More digital painting practice, this time a study of Leon S. Kennedy in his REmake 4 incarnation.

A close-up of a young man, Leon S. Kennedy. He has a hardened glare with pale, nearly colorless eyes. Straight brown/blonde hair, long on the top and tapering off at the base of the neck, with bangs parted at the side, the fringe nearly covering his right eye. He wears a navy blue long sleeved compression top with a high neckline and a split in the front. His shoulders are holding red and brown straps and holsters. Rendered digitally with a custum pencil brush.

Sketching a bit today with the art buddies. Did a little thing featuring the Goji design from Mothra vs Godzilla.

"No wonder the sky looked so funny today." Study from Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening for Playstation 2.

Dante, a long white haired man wearing an open red leather trench coat and brown leather pants on a balcony of an ancient building. He's holding a woman covered in various firearms, Lady, wearing a white button up, long red boots, and a row of holsters and bullet magazines resembling a skirt, up by her ankle with one arm as she aims a gun at his face. Digital study based on a cutscene from Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening for PS2, directed by Hideaki Itsuno, with cutscenes directed by Yuji Shimomura and storyboards by Atsushi Iwasaki and Saru.

Working on a bunch of stuff right now so I don't have much in the way of new art to share, but I do have this alternate color pallet for Trish! Not sure which version I like more.

Trish from Devil May Cry. A slim woman with long blonde hair. She wears leather pants and a lightning bolt cut corset. She points her pistol, Ombra, down and towards the POV.

A study of a shot from the opening cutscenr from Silent Hiill 2 (2001) from Takayoshi Sato. A pale man with blond curtained hair and a green jacket stares into a mirror, running his hand down in front of his face. His eyes are obscured by deep shadows.

Redid my art of Trish from the other day, this time in full color. Proud of this one!

Trish from Devil May Cry. A tall, slender, blonde woman dressed in leather pants and a leather lightning bolt-corset, holding a pistol, "Ombra" down below her waist. The art is presented in highly saturated digital color, rendered with marker brushes with a red background.

Redraw of my Marvel vs Capcom fanart that I made for wrapping paper this year.

Spider-Man hanging upside down in close-up, holding a photography camera with his finger on the button. Reflected in the lens is Morrigan from Darkstalkers, blowing a kiss.

Welcome back artists!🖌🎨✨️ Quote Post with an old piece that you still like! A Spidey piece I did a while back for a friend of mine. Had a lot of fun with the highlights on the webbing!
