i hope this new year finds you and yours going utterly feral 🪢 📸: alivingdeadthing on ig

me, shown from behind in a black leotard and tall socks, bent over with my legs bound together. there’s an upline attached to my back, but my feet are still touching the ground.

me, fully suspended in a bent-forward position

a side angle of me fully suspended in the same position. you can see the chest harness holding me up as well as the “booty basket” tie around my thighs and waist

learned about midair hanger transitions in class yesterday; asked for some ferocious waist rope while we labbed it out, cause why not? R/P: alivingdeadthing on ig M: me

me in a side suspension, viewed from the back. i am wearing a white leotard, sheer black tights, and sparkly socks. my arms are bound behind me and my legs are both bent at odd angles

a close up of me in a side suspension, viewed from behind. you can see that my waist and thigh are heavily loaded in a gunslinger (hip harness)

a close up of my lower body in a side suspension

a face-up variation of the same suspension. because my chest harness is loaded from the front instead of the side, my body creates a totally different shape compared to the other 3 photos.

and it’s not lost on me that as i bask in this afterglow, @chasestrangio.bsky.social is arguing before SCOTUS to secure the right to lifesaving healthcare for future generations of trans kids. i’m sitting with this mix of gratitude, hope, fear, grief, and rage that I don’t know what to do with

i am tied up in a predicament, with arms bound behind back and ankles lashed to a piece of bamboo. a waist line is drawn tight between the bamboo and my body, forcing me to stand on tiptoe as my knees buckle.

i’ve been let down from the predicament, and i am kneeling facedown on the floor with my arms still bound behind me and ankles still lashed to the bamboo
