🍽️🍜tonight: chicken stir fry, using an aluminum pan on the grill as my makeshift wok (mainly so I didn't have to clean my cook top): chicken thighs in soy sauce/lime juice/cayenne/garlic/ginger/white pepper/salt and pepper. really really good.

🍽️🍜tonight's dinner: salmon rubbed with Penzey's Northwoods Fire (salt, paprika, ground chipotle pepper, black pepper, cayenne red pepper, thyme, rosemary and granulated garlic)) and some Liquid Smoke, then grilled on the top rack over a smoke packet. I nailed the temp and it was delicious.

🍽️🍜 tonight's dinner was Tuscan ribs and grilled asparagus. the ribs are cut and then salted and left to sit for an hour. then they're grilled, sliced, and served with a lemon garlic vinaigrette. these are one of my favorites--they are juicy and have a nice bite to them.
