These dollar notes were found in the house of a Zelensky friend. They came directly from the US. The original production stickers on the bundles — ATLANTA, MINN, KAN CITY … Shipped in this form by the US gov't. The Ukrainians didn't even open the bundles. They immediately passed them to friends.
