Tuesday moan.. this weather is fucking annoying. Cold in the morning, warm and humid in the day. Don’t know what to wear. Sleeping with the duvet again but it’s too hot at bedtime but then cold at 3am. Poor sleep quality and grumpy wake up mood. 😭
