## ICE Out For Good — Brainerd **Community Vigil + Courage Captured Gathering** **January 11 • Brainerd, MN** This local gathering is part of the national **ICE Out For Good Weekend of Action**, a coordinated call across the country to honor lives lost, demand accountability, and make visible the human cost of ICE’s actions. In Brainerd, this weekend will take place through **two connected spaces**: ### Courage Captured: Stories on the Wall **3–5 PM • Roundhouse Brewery** A community gathering featuring protest photography from Brainerd Lakes Area Indivisible’s 2025 rallies. This is a warm, grounding space for reflection, connection, and shared courage. ### Candlelight Vigil for Renee Good **Following Courage Captured** After the event, we will hold a **quiet candlelight vigil** to honor **Renee Good**, who was killed by ICE in Minneapolis. This will be a moment to grieve, bear witness, and stand together in solidarity. This vigil is the primary ICE Out For Good action in Brainerd. It is peaceful, nonviolent, and rooted in care, dignity, and public witness. --- **Registration Note:** This gathering is connected to both our local *Courage Captured* event and the national *ICE Out For Good Weekend of Action*. You may see two Mobilize registration pages for this weekend. **You do not need to register for both.** Please register in whichever space brought you here, and join us for one part or both of the gathering. ### About ICE Out For Good ICE Out For Good is a national weekend of action responding to a broader pattern of unchecked violence, impunity, and abuse carried out by federal immigration enforcement agencies.
