When I was pregnant, UHC denied my claims for ultrasounds required by my OBGYN due to a previous medical condition/procedure. In total, I had to pay out-of-pocket for 4 tv ultrasounds and 1 fetal scan with an MFM (which was 5x the cost). I tried appealing but was told the decision was final.

Has anyone else noticed that the Pages that post viral quotes on Facebook have a copy/paste list buried in them about T*sla? You have to click 'see more' to get to it. Friends/family share these constantly and they're from hundreds of different Pages. It's weird, right? It seems weird.
