Yesterday, October 1, was supposed to be #EACOP's opening. Instead, Uganda's first commercial oil is now slated for June 2027. The pipeline might be almost done. But building it isn't operating it, and operating it isn't the end of accountability. Our statement: 350.org/press-releas...
