But seriously @jamesgunn.bsky.social ... even Lobo gets a movie before Plastic Man? This is a low point 😁

But seriously, I'm dying to see Kara on the big screen. She is a complicated character in modern story telling. I think Kara will be more like Ripley in Aliens, or Sarah Connor in T2 than... well... Captain Marvel.

Fuck me... I'm actually looking forward to going to the cinema... it's been a while.

#Supergirl looks amazing and it feels like an important movie. Where Clark never knew Krypton, he grew up with Ma and Pa, here we have a real survivor, who saw a world She already knew destroyed. I loved the graphic novel, I can't wait to see this on the big screen.

All I am saying @jamesgunn.bsky.social is I have an entire script here for a Plastic Man movie. There are laughs, there are tears...

Whilst I wasn't a huge fan of Stranger Things, there were some high points to the series, one being Joe Keery - who would make an excellent Plastic Man... just saying @jamesgunn.bsky.social

That is exactly what I thought and how I felt, especially after the OG movie spent the majority of their time on Earth. But yeah, now I thinking it will be fine. I'm actually genuinely excited to see this film.

I need to start a campaign of annoyance until a Plastic Man movie is made. Hey @jamesgunn.bsky.social - who are your top five superheroes ever and why aren't they Plastic Man?

When I saw Checkmate I literally cheered. I can't remember the last time I cheered at a TV. My introduction to comics was a couple of years before Infinite Crisis, so yeah, that's my jam right there.

I have a question about Metamorpho. His visuals look more like Shift (I miss Shift... and Indigo... *sigh* Judd Winick's Outsiders is my favourite ever comic arc ) - was the design of Metamorpho influenced by Shift at all?

Rachel Brosnahan, for me, is magnificent. Like Reeve, I loved Margot Kidder, and I dont think anyone has delivered a good Lois since. Until now. Brosnahan really stands out with a solid performance. Its a great movie. Put everything else in the past, just go and watch and, hopefully, enjoy.

#Superman is a love letter to DC fans and comic book lovers everywhere. David Corenswet is absolutely Superman. I have always maintained Christopher Reeve is my favourite, but it appears we have a new challenger and his game is good.

Gutted to hear R Truth has been let go by WWE. And I don't agree he was too old. Billy Gun - 61 Chris Jericho - 54 JJ - 57 Matt Hardy - 50 Rey Mysterio - 50 If they can still go and the crowd respond, then there is a spot for them. That's my two cents.

I'll say this - thank you for disagreeing with me. Like, seriously - I really appreciate social media when two people can disagree on something but keep it chill. I might disagree with you, but I absolutely 100% respect your opinion.

I don't think Roman is especially stand out either, I'm not sure why you keep going to that well? Seth is truly grating on the mic. He's a great wrestler, but like Will Ospreay or the Hitman.... don't let them have a mic for too long.

Watching the build for Superman reminds me of when I first started reading comics. There is this whole history before that I didn't know, but it didn't matter because the comic I was reading was it's own story. From there, I built my collection backwards and forwards...

My bandmate and I have never agreed on the kinda movies and tv to watch. He hates my taste and I hate his. I mean, he didn't even like The Big Lebowski... how is that possible? Got him to watch episode 1 of #Severance. He's hooked. This feels like a big moment for us.

She's incredible. She is such a great talent she doesn't need to be in the title picture to tell a great story and has no fear putting other talent over. There are certainly other wrestlers who could learn a lot from here, both new arrivals and some of the old guard.

The Rock and The Rick? The Rock and The Pebble? Ricky Miavia and Rocky Starks? Rockter Evil and Mini Me? AEW have saved a few quid here - I simply don't rate him. Or his weird Bruce Forsythe pose.
