Welp, another Summer might have gone by, but so long as we have our drawings that feeling of warmth will never leave us 🩷🤍 So for this week's art trade with @stolenburrito.bsky.social we drew each other in the coziest Winter clothing we could think of 🩷💙 #art #cozy #moth #bug #moka #traditional

Here he is! My friend Dusty, a true Summer enjoyer, longing for that sense of warmth only June till August can give you. Don't worry Dusty, another Summer will come uwu 🩷💙

As part of today's trade with @stolenburrito.bsky.social I picked a couple out of our OCs and drew em together, and I picked Orchid and Floren, a love certainly beyond mere physical apperarance, beyond life and death 🩷🧡 CW: cordiceps #lgbt #art #bug #ant #moth #traditionalmedia #cute #couple

Here we have Floran, a polyphemus moth affected by cordiceps and Orchid, a weaver ant and close childhood friend of Floren.

Orchid's love for Floren has not been affected in the slightest by their unfortunate "revenant" condition, which hasn't stripped her of her ability to feel emotion, nor has hindered her feelings for the former ❤️

In sickness and in health, and in love even after "death" 🩷🧡

For our latest art trade, @stolenburrito.bsky.social and I redrew some of our oldest art, and in my case I chose a drawing of mine from June 2024! Man time flies... But that "Potato" is still me, and here I am now, proud to be who I am 🩷💚 #art #traditional #redandblack #furry #sona #meowscarada

Here I am, hehe: got quite the upgrades in 27 months, hehe. Fitting that the more I discovered about myself and my identity, the more Juni changed alongside me, and underwent metamorphosis like a true butterfly, like the butterfly to my caterpillar, together as one 🩷🤍💙

There she is! My old Potato Scarada self, hehe: I still find this drawing very charming in spite of all its scrunkliness, cause that's still my Sona right there ^^ 💚🩷

And here's a side by side comparison ;3 🩷💙

As part of my latest art trade with @stolenburrito.bsky.social I decided to dust off my charcoals and make another piece, this time turning my beloved @nebulaproto.bsky.social into a cute flying fox: I think it turned out quite amazing ^w^ 🩷🤍 #art #flyingfox #charcoals #traditional #furry #furryart

Charcoals really add a lot of richness and texture to the fur, and a flying fox has just the right kind of cuteness and floofiness for that kind of goal in mind ;3 🌸

Here's the drawing in full, as you can see it's a pretty big piece, tho it turned out truly incredible I feel, especially the soft purple hue of the beach and the contrast with the goober in the middle (that's Ki and I btw, hehe) paint a lovely picture of two close friends being at ease with each other, just enjoying the moment 🩷💜
