My wife is a nurse. She went into it 16 years ago with a focus on labor and delivery. She’s now 100% into and making the move to hospice care. It’s funny (and great !) how things evolve as time passes.

I faced the same problem, but lot of the ones they make now are foldable, so they take up less space. If you ever decide to get one, check out facebook marketplace first. There are so many on there barely used and for pennies on the dollar.

I’ve done the following and been injury free for about a year now: 1. Took 2 months off running, and subbed in cycling & rowing during that time. 2. Started strength training 3. Reduced gluten in diet. Still have beer & occasional bread. 4. Now only run 2-3 days a week, and cycle 2-3 days.

At least you’re running! At 52, I’m at a point where I was rarely not injured. But it’s totally worth it!
