May I suggest XP-Pen? I'm not an artist (anymore) but I gifted and recommended stuff from them to artist friends and they loved them
Unlike Huion and some other brands, their more recent X3 pens have a low actuation force so something as cheap as their Deco LW feels 90% the same as my intuos pro
