13 hour game. Three way draw that went to a tiebreaker. Some truly wild plays. We saw: the most infantry on a planet ever, the most activated home system ever, Mecatol swapped hands four times in one round, and a winslay carousel that hit three people (including me)

Yeah I do feel like the colour palette is basically totally wrong. Apple TV always makes sci fi shows that look like MacBooks. Neuromancer in my head is coloured like iridescent petrol spill.

not saying anything new, but if these folks actually believed in genAI writing, they'd disclose it, tout it, and build their own audiences elsewhere and leave others be. hiding and sneaking it to markets who want no part of it doesn't prove you're good at writing. just proves you're good at fraud.

I have thought about this elicia donze post basically every day since I first saw it five years ago. To publish art you have to trust that other people do not see it how you see it. Incredibly freeing idea to lean in rather than shy away from the scruffy edges

Deepwrought won in round five with a very good double point - destroyed muaats war sun on Styx for a secret objective and then took the planet as well. I placed third and I’m very happy with that as a result playing a Bad faction. Fun game!!

The beer did not enhance performance. Barony used gravleash maneuvers to enter the fracture and take Styx before me. I had one big space battle that was fun but I mismanaged my scoring tempo by missing out on two or three secret objectives. Oh well!

A bad second round for me! The barony is in pole position, xxcha is zooming forward on points, and in terms of ships, I have no ships. I have had a performance enhancing beer in the lunch break. Pray for me
