Moving. People who stop by to make a repair ask if I’m moving in or out. I guess it’s not obvious. I guess we’re all always moving somewhere.

Dr. Fauci saved my life when the world was collapsing. If not for him, we’d be injecting bleach and gagging on horse dewormer. I’ll never forget how scared we all were and how his presence offered reassurance. Instead of skewering him, we should be thanking him

The whole world is going to hell. Trump being trump; ICE killing innocent people; Israel being a terrorist country; McConnell denying he’s dead; and all that and more. Still, heaven breaks through. (And by heaven, I mean the sun.)

Trump demanded the removal of plaques in Philly honoring the people George Washington enslaved. A federal judge ordered the reinstatement, ruling that the removal constituted an attempt to alter historical records. The panels have yet to be returned. The obvious absence tells a chilling story.

An illustration of Pam Bondi being sworn in before Congress. Her smile is smug, her cross pendant is prominent, as is the chain draped around her neck displaying an American flag going up in flames. Her upraised right hand is drenched in blood.
