Truth! Relevant practice and reinforcement is key to learning that sticks. It's ironic that many times for the sake of time or cost, it's the practice/exercises that get cut. How did you get better at the skills you have, it wasn't from sitting around and talking about it. I guarantee it. 🤷🏼‍♀️
