Dysmorphia will ruin your entire life if you let it because even when you reach your goal your brain will come up with a new goal. It is a mental illness and it’s an internal battle but you have to remember that most the time nobody is even looking at you. Nobody is as hard on you as you are on you

It breaks my heart when people are so self conscious about their bodies that they don’t let themselves enjoy things like the beach. Like nobody is looking at you and judging and if they are fuck them they don’t matter because the thing about dysmorphia is it never goes away you have to push through
