Gus waits here every morning when we get up so the “magical light” can appear. (It’s the reflections off of our Apple Watches.) He’s smart enough to know that the reflection comes from one of us and the sun, but how do you explain cloudiness to a cat? This is what happens when it’s cloudy…

It’s been 2 months since our house flooded and our insurance check was just mailed to us yesterday. Once I get the check, I need to send the it and new paperwork to the mortgage company just for them to endorse the checks before I can cash. So it’ll probably be another month… This is so fucked.

My cousin’s husband passed away yesterday. They are just a couple of years older than my husband and myself. He had been in intensive care due to a freak medical issue that we still aren’t sure what caused it. He had been getting better. My heart breaks for her and her young daughters. 💔

I just have to say that the mattress and pillows at the Disneyland Hotel are the best Disney pillows and mattress I’ve ever slept on. It made for a great night’s sleep after a firm cruise ship mattress and a long day at Disneyland. It makes me excited for our stay in April!

Saw a pro-data center billboard that had said they pay for “every watt they use.” (Paid for some IN org.) That’s not the only argument, you dumbasses. It’s not the best idea to have it showing in our area when a majority of the area was without power for 2 weeks after that storm last month. 🙄🙄🙄
