New game of Twin Suns is out now! We only used Jump to Lightspeed leaders for this game, and turns out Ackbar is actually good? (Who knew?) youtu.be/BC3BocqThk4?...

3-1 at #OPTCG locals. First time going positive playing Blackbeard. 🥳 Blue Nami ⭕️ Yellow Kid ⭕️ Purple Luffy ❌ Yellow Enel ⭕️ PLuffy dropped Magellan, Don - 1 which threw me off. Was tough to regain after that. Packed an Alt Art leader from the winning packs too 😁

Let's unpack what makes Boba Fett a great Twin Suns leader, and figure out how to pair him up with other leaders for the most potent combos. #starwarsunlimited @unlimitedffg.bsky.social www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Sjt...

I’m having a lotta fun with the new set, I wanted to see how well the new cards work with the first Twin Suns deck I played… enjoy 😁

Ikr, Moria would be a big hit for most black decks. I think giant is more likely since there’s basically no downside to it and lets you counter out of most attacks with ease 😅

000

Steve Wright @stevwright.bsky.social · 08/03/2025

We found the light switch just in time for Jump to Lightspeed. The set looks kinda spicy ngl 🔥 Final 50 card game before the big 80!

052

Steve Wright @stevwright.bsky.social · 08/03/2025

Yeah they’re the ones 😅 I don’t believe Moria should get banned as it makes a lot of other decks worse but Giant is defo ridiculous, think I’ll wait like you suggest

Steve Wright @stevwright.bsky.social · 07/03/2025

I’m having so much fun playing PB Luffy on the sim but nervous to buy the remaining cards I need irl before the ban list drops 😅 #OPTCG #OnePieceCardGame

Cheers! I used BV twice against Shanks to reduce Dragon rushes which helped, never really found a place for the negate effect but most other matchups I was just trashing it. I’m keen to make a couple changes so maybe I’ll try Iron Body too since that has nice synergy.

Steve Wright @stevwright.bsky.social · 25/02/2025

Locals was much more successful tonight. First time playing BB. Blackbeard mirror ❌ Shanks ❌ PB Luffy ✅ RG Oden ✅ First 2 games I forgot to use leader ability which was killer in Shanks match. I would’ve lost the mirror since the other player had the better(meta) deck. #OPTCG

Back on my Buggy bs. This deck is much more consistent pre-promo. A lot more 2ks to help keep the board, the synergy from play 7c crocs into 5c croc is nice for additional blockers, GGR is a really nice counter to have in this deck. Tempted to give it one last hoorah at locals before promos.

Took a slightly edited version to locals, didn’t have the Enels and dropped Gedatsu for Blaze slice. P Luffy ❌ Boa ❌ Shanks ✅ P Luffy ❌ PB Luffy ❌ A couple rough matches that were close. Gum-Gum Giant is bs. But had lots of fun 😁

000

Steve Wright @stevwright.bsky.social · 11/02/2025

Cooking up a new deck. Having a lot of fun playing this, gonna to take it to locals and see how it fares! There’s a couple changes I want to make but don’t have the cards yet, I think side boarding Gedatsu/Robin for Kingdom Come and 2k counters might be a better option. #OPTCG

060

Steve Wright @stevwright.bsky.social · 09/02/2025

I tried a variation on my Buggy deck, it’s still inconsistent (the promo is desperately needed to make it viable) I’d drop a couple Kaya’s in favour of another Ace and Doffy maybe 2 Mr.2’s? But the deck lacks good early game and 2k counters. For now he’s being benched :/

Completed my first ending of Citizen Sleeper last night. Managed to get the true ending too, what a fascinating game, real hard sci-fi vibes. Such a rich and immersive story with incredible lore and writing. Buzzing for the sequel now.

Here’s every movie I watched in 2024. Most of these I have seen before but went through a big rewatch phase. I seem to struggle with hyperfixation which means when I like something I want to consume it all but I might wake up the next day and lose complete interest in it 😅
