I wfh. It’s a south facing room in a 130 year old house with poor insulation.
Stopping the sun hitting the window keeps the room 4-5 degrees cooler.
Keeping it in place (here with bamboo) makes a big difference too.
I cannot recommend this enough. Zero cost, some time figuring it all out.
