Yeah. I don’t race or compete. Came to running late and I’m in it for other reasons. I like to follow training plans for goals I set, and appreciate the variety of workouts.

So my long long run is a 15k and I like to do one at the start of each month for that little burst of accomplishment. Today was an especially good effort, with a surprising added spring from the rear foot. The local shop’s club run was out and I had to wade thru. #running #runsky #runningpunks

Garmin had queued up an easy, 39 min run today. Nah, instead I will start with a 10-hr fast, a medical blood draw, then an 1hr 18min run fueled by a small chunk of baguette w/butter, a fig cookie, and 2 gel chews. Had a great run with some nice uphill strides. #running #runsky #runningpunks
