They claim shortages to get these H1-Bs and now American college students do not want to go into the STEM fields since they know it is hard to get hired. 000

It seems like they have it set to remove any negative remarks automatically. So once you over 35 it gets harder to find work. There are much less American majoring in the STEM field because of they know this. 000

They take half the pay and are usually consultants so no benefits. They are also willing to work 12 hours a day and are very compliant. Once you are over 35 it is hard to get hired. 060
