💥 CORRECTION SECURED: The Daily Mail has corrected a column by Boris Johnson after Full Fact got in touch. It had claimed Andy Burnham lost a Labour leadership contest to Sir Keir Starmer. In fact, Mr Starmer wasn’t a candidate either time Mr Burnham stood for leader.

At Monday's Liaison Committee, the PM claimed over this Parlt the govt will "spend £270 billion more than we would otherwise have done on defence". That's not correct - £270bn is (roughly) the total expected spend from 25/26 to 28/29, not the increase. fullfact.org/politics/kei...
