I still remember the feeling of this day. The wind trying to blow me off my feet and the harsh sun making it difficult to capture the scale of the cliffs towering above. The other boat felt so small as it passed by on the other side of the fjord.

I'm so happy I was able to go on this trip and take these photos. Hopefully one day I can go back with more experience and time to take photos the way I see them in my head, but the time to take these has come and gone. I have to be happy with what I was able to capture, time continues on.

How could anything feel real here, I feel sad that my pictures aren't doing the landscape justice.

When I feel as if I can't make a photo look the way I want it to I start to associate that with a true kind of beauty that can only be experienced through experience.

I didn't notice it during the trip, but I feel as if my focus and colors were constantly off. It doesn't help that the scale of my surroundings was so immense. I was doomed from the start, I don't see myself as skilled enough to capture such natural beauty.

This is a very large collection of photos. It's something I wish I hadn't procrastinated on, but every time I looked back at them I couldn't help but feel upset that they didn't come out exactly how I wanted them to.

The grass is blue has been such a constant album this year for me. I can’t stop listening to it, the songs have just continued to feel so impactful and beautiful. Steady as the Rain is easily one of my favorite songs.

There’s also the aspect of feeling that because people are in the furry fandom, they only want to see furry art. so when creating something for a furry platform, there’s a pressure to make the art furry related.

When trying to crate photography in furry, i’ve noticed it’s really hard to find a way to conect them without it being just fursuit pictures. It makes its such a hard medium to share furry art in without it being so obvious and specific. it really feels like a box at times

Just spent 8 hours talking too/hanging out with a friend I grew up with. It’s sad knowing that the next time I visit home I probably won’t see them as they will (hopefully) have moved to a new town and gotten a good job. I don’t know when I’ll see them again, but I’m sure I will

I have such mixed feelings about the summer internship I’ve been working with. It’s been easy-ish money I need, but I’m not really cut out for +10 hr days outside. I’m looking forward to it being over and having a little more time to myself and recovering before this next school semester!
