100% agree , it is about informed choice considering the 2 sides of the "Medicines Coin " Harm AND Triumph . I know @jonathanunderhill.pharmsky.app and I agree that NICE and clinicians should go further and adopt @lucypgeridoc.bsky.social 's approach below 👏
