For #StunDay, I offer this wonderful memory. Three years ago, I was on a beach on Lake Huron in Northern Michigan with 2 best friends photographing the Northern Lights and the Milky Way. I felt like a kid again as I stood in awe of the vastness of the universe. #NorthernLights #Astrophotography

I photographed this with my camera on a tripod at a 10 second exposure. There’s a slight bit of motion blur on the subject (me) because I didn’t hold perfectly still during such a long exposure.
