I turned off autoplay for videos and GIFs in Bluesky. It makes scrolling so much more satisfying and peaceful without the distraction of moving images vying for my attention. Your mileage may vary. #doomscrolling #peaceful #calming #meditation

Went to the library book sale today and picked up two bags worth of books (53 books total at $2.00 apiece). What fun! Tomorrow I’m off to my local library branch to retrieve a book I’ve had on hold that just came in. Living the life! #books #library #reading

Marbled Godwits that were nice enough to pause for a moment so I could get a photo. I took this a while back at the Arcata Marsh and Wildlife Sanctuary. I like the reflections of the birds in the shallow water. Still using my Canon EOS REBEL T4i.
