Roger Marshall’s own lawyer said he was the only medical provider charging 18% interest. Kansas caps most contract interest at 15%. An expert called Marshall’s rate “absolutely over the top extreme” and potentially illegal.

Marshall claims not to know HIS lawyers representing him requested arrest warrants from the judge for patients that owed him money. And his staff either has no knowledge or regard for ethics and rules for financial practices. He must be a piss poor manager.
