Trump doesn't seem to recognize that Ukraine and the EU have agency. Putin and trump can concoct their ridiculous "peace" deal, but Zelenskyy will just tell them to pound sand. We can only hope that the EU is ready to step up to the plate.

Probably a former railroad bridge that was converted for automotive use by removing the rails and adding wooden sleepers. The steel girders are huge, so it's certainly strong enough. It would be easy and cheap to add a proper concrete deck--but, of course, ruZZia has other priorities.
