Not another one asking me to do that lol Might happen soon!

These are all on my house roof. I wanted additional panels on my flat garage roof on stands but the installer I asked refused to consider fitting them

October is a difficult month in the uk. Last year I generated 180kw which was not close to the estimate. The year before was worse! I have 12 panels 440watts total of 5.32kw generating capacity. 3 face east, 5 face south/south west, 4 face west but have shading in low sun from flats.

Thank you. I was a heavy drinker and also liked snacks with the drinks so added to the waistline that way as well. That’s all gone now.

Great pace especially in the dark. My pavements are too rough for that. I would smash my face in. Well done.

Yes! I have been alcohol free since gp told me my liver was deteriorating last November. I took up a gym program, lost 11kg, got fitter and reversed the liver damage. Alcohol free for good now.

lol that’s good! I still use cash because I caravan with friends where cash is king for pitches, games and socials. We don’t take cards.

010

Stephen @stepheno1972.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

Fun fact about me, I carry a wallet with physical cards and cash in.

Stephen @stepheno1972.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

Thank you. I need the rest it’s enforcing.

Stephen @stepheno1972.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

I wish you a nice time. I’ve been working outside until the rain started. Hoping tomorrow is dry so I can finish the job. Fitting my final cctv cameras.

Stephen @stepheno1972.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

Oh nice any plans? I’m off sick.

110

Stephen @stepheno1972.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

No. I’m better now than I was . Still waiting in a+e but I’ve emptied myself before I got here. I’ve had diarrhoea since Saturday night

Stephen @stepheno1972.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

I didn’t feel like work but A+E is even lower on my list of places I don’t want to go to. But here I am.

Ah he’s too far away and I’ve got work. He will have to be content with his hand again.

I wear shorts down to -6 at work. If I wore jeans I would often be soaked to the skin.

010

Stephen @stepheno1972.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

No. Shorts better than jeans in wet weather

Stephen @stepheno1972.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

Bit like me. I like an evening run

010

Stephen @stepheno1972.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

Have you been for a wet run?

Our problem is the media dumbing down the population. We are conditioned constantly that strikes etc are bad. See miners strike, steel strikes, drs strikes etc all seen as greedy and holding the country to ransom. Whilst really the reality is corporate greed/fraud/incompetance which is unchallenged

It’s a huge site. I went to Fairford airshow in 23 and 24. 200 caravans in 2 farmers fields and it was nothing compared to the actual air strip.

Stephen @stepheno1972.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

It’s too buggy and prone to major errors. I once lost an entire complete uni essay because it randomly disappeared off my computer and didn’t back up to one drive even though auto save was on and previous work had always auto saved.

010

Stephen @stepheno1972.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

I listen to that every week.

Stephen @stepheno1972.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Office 2000! Simple to use and no annoyances. Was gutted when I started uni and had to sign into the corporate office 365 and it overwrote my office 2000 filling the screen with unwanted trash.

Oh my word. What a journey! At least you can put headphones on and listen to audio work for study.

Stephen @stepheno1972.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Must be a bit of a journey that! Is train not an option?

Well well well. We’ve always said they will flog it. They are driving morrisons into the ground so need to extricate the maximum remaining value and drive down Sainsbury’s wage rates to morrisons levels. Plenty of staff to cull at Sainsbury’s and all them lovely petrol stations they can hive off.

You could get your frames and lenses replaced or have a 2nd pair made. I’ve just had to have my frame replaced because I hit my head twice inside 10 seconds and sent my glasses flying off my face both times. My prescription hasn’t changed so I’ve ordered a duplicate pair.

Afternoon. I’ve slowly packed the inside of the caravan and disconnected the electric. Just have a quick bit of lunch before I hitch up and head for home after a lovely walk weekend with friends. Everyone else has left.

They won it on bullseye. Wanted a pad on the coast but couldn’t afford the ulez and daily road tax charges for the Chelsea tractor that they needed to pull it. So it lies marooned like Noah’s ark. Maybe

When caravaners say the field is level it’s best to be prepared for the opposite. Featuring 1 unlevel mug
